Position: CRM and Social Media Manager
We are a luxury tour operator based in central London, seeking a CRM and Social Media Manager. The role can be office-based, hybrid, or home-based. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, preferably for a luxury company, is essential. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000, plus a great bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the company's email marketing program and social media activities.
2. Report directly to the Head of Marketing.
3. Develop and define the organic social media content strategy.
4. Monitor and report on KPIs.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Proven experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, ideally luxury travel.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
3. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
