Shifts: Day (06:00–16:20) / Night (18:00–04:20)
Pay Rates:
* Days: £19.49 PAYE / £24.75 Umbrella
* Nights: £25.92 PAYE / £33.75 Umbrella
* Saturday: £29.23 PAYE / £38.11 Umbrella
* Sunday: £38.98 PAYE / £50.96 Umbrella
Hours: Minimum 50 hours/week

Overview
A leading engineering organisation is seeking experienced Paint Sprayers to join a busy rail depot team in East London. The role involves high-quality paint finishing on large rolling stock units, including new builds and refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities
* Full paint prep and finish, including masking, priming (2K), topcoats, and polishing
* Touch-up and smart repair work
* Working with aluminium and large surfaces
Requirements
* Previous paint spraying experience
* Ability to prep, prime, and refinish
* Comfortable following written instructions
* Must pass a medical as well as a drug and alcohol test before starting
Desirable
* Experience with water-based paints and Hydro Topcoat
* Ability to mix colours and types of paint
* Formal qualifications in paint spraying or vehicle repair
