What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:
* Source and engage top talent for major construction projects
* Build relationships with candidates and clients
* Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
* Develop your own client base over time
* Work towards targets and earn uncapped commission
You’ll be supported every step of the way with hands-on training and mentorship from experienced recruiters.
