We are currently looking for Baker Sous Chef to join the brigade at our state of the art, exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

Working hours:
* Straight shifts, up to 48 hours a week
* Working hours ranging with shift starts from 1am -4am
What you will do:
* Working alongside our Head Baker, assisting with managing and mentoring a team of up to 8 people.
* To ensure that all the products are baked and presented to excellent quality
* Managing food and stock rotation, following our recipes and SOP’s in place
* Organising mise en place, and the team accordingly to the business needs
What are we looking for?
* Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous
* Previous experience in the same role is essential, within a similar environment
* Experience in Viennoiserie production, lamination and bread shaping.
