Performance Review Officer Secondment Grade 3 - £27,254 - £33,699 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen to work in the Asset Management Division in City Housing for a Performance Review Officer for a period of 12 months. The role is a key part of supporting and monitoring the upcoming introduction of Awaab's Law, our day to day repairs service and disrepair cases. The successful candidate will be IT literate and familiar with administration tasks, performance reporting and data analysis. The main duties of the role are; To support the Awaab's Law function through analysing data and disrepair cases Contact customers and collate communications within required timescales Ensuring systems are updated, maintained and record keeping is in line with the required standards Monitor timescales for repairs, disrepair cases and other related works Liaise with teams in Asset Management and wider City Housing Directorate To apply, please upload your up-to-date CV via the attachments part of your application, this is required for shortlisting.
