As a leading independent Estate Agency, we are currently looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our Lettings Team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established firm within a great team. The role requires an individual who is efficient, able to work to tight deadlines, and with an excellent eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
* Handling calls and email inquiries
* Managing diary and time effectively
* Dealing with customer inquiries effectively (see service charter)
* Registering and qualifying tenants
* Arranging and accompanying viewings to company standards
* Following up on viewings and providing feedback to clients
* Qualifying and negotiating offers under guidance of the manager
* Prospecting and canvassing as per company guidelines
* Answering all incoming communications (internal and external)
* Meeting monthly targets and KPIs
* Focusing on training, personal development, and progression
* Recording personal performance and preparing figures for monthly reviews
* Escalating queries outside of own authority
* Maintaining compliance with internal processes
