What youll do
Identify and deliver automation and remote action opportunities
Collaborate with our EUA Centre of Excellence to test and implement improvements
Use analytics to reduce incident volumes, speed up resolution, and improve user satisfaction
Drive proactive investigations, self-healing, and self-help solutions
Partner with teams to embed dashboards, insights, and data-driven decisions
Support Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement through EUA data
Champion a fix-forward culture focused on user experience and productivity
Identify innovation, cost-saving, and value-add opportunities across accounts
What youll need
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Proactive, inquisitive, and confident in challenging the status quo
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-focused
A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude
Hands on experience with DEX tools such as Nexthink, Systrack, Controlup, Dynatrace or Alternity
