Job Title: Production Planner

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to coordinate production schedules, manage materials, and ensure efficient operations across a busy food manufacturing environment. The role involves working closely with internal teams and suppliers to deliver production on time, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop daily and weekly production schedules to meet deadlines
* Coordinate materials, labour, and equipment for optimal production
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and materials
* Schedule NPD runs and product sampling within weekly plans
* Prepare performance reports and monitor KPIs
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
* Strong Excel and reporting skills; willingness to learn new IT systems
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
* Experience managing KPIs and improving operational efficiency
