Our Engineering department is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Asset Care Technician to join our team in Nottingham.
The purpose of the Asset Care Technician is to carry out maintenance on all "change part" equipment. This includes completing line changeovers according to the Daily Plan or as directed by Operations Management. Asset Care is a proactive maintenance role. The only reactive maintenance that should be performed by the operative is in response to the failure of specified "Parts".

The working hours are 4 on 4 off (Night Shift: 6pm – 6am).
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Key Accountabilities:
* Maintain equipment as per instructions for various machinery including Rademaker, Mini Pie, Optimum Line, and Stecks, covering tasks such as changeovers, inspections, and lubrication.
* Conduct belt inspections and lubrication tasks.
* Perform equipment changeovers to ensure line readiness.
* Execute non-technical PPMs as requested.
* Maintain cleanliness and documentation of the die man room.
* Ensure the area is audit-ready at all times.
Measures of Success:
* 100% completion of PPM schedule and planned changeovers within time.
* 95% completion of Minor PPMs.
* 100% completion of GMP/Standards tasks.
