Personal Secretary – Wakefield (Temporary, 12 months, Part‑time – 3 days a week, Hourly Rate £13.53)
What You’ll Do
* Administrative Support: Manage schedules, organise meetings, maintain files with precision.
* Communication Hub: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally.
* Document Management: Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organising events or meetings.
