We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value projects while shaping best practice and supporting the development of our project teams. This is a senior position with full end-to-end accountability, strong client exposure, and real influence over how projects are delivered.
Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure & Energy

What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Leading large, multi-phase infrastructure and energy projects
* Owning programme, budget, quality, risk, and P&L performance
* Managing cross-functional teams across engineering, commercial, and site delivery
* Acting as the senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
* Managing contracts, variations, change control, and commercial risk
* Ensuring full compliance with HSE, quality, and governance standards
* Supporting portfolio planning and strategic decision‑making
* Mentoring Project Managers and developing future leaders
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or energy projects
* Strong leadership of multidisciplinary delivery teams
* Excellent commercial and financial capability, including P&L ownership
* Confident stakeholder management at senior level
* Strong understanding of risk management, HSE, and compliance
Desirable
* Degree or professional qualification (APM, PMI, PRINCE2)
* Experience in utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure
