The Opportunity

As a NicerTeams Partner, you will build your own portfolio business using:

* the NicerTeams platform
* the Nicer brand and positioning
* our commercial model and support
* access to a network of senior operators and experts

You will originate and lead client engagements, using NicerTeams as the foundation to land and deliver high-value work.

Typical engagements include:

* leadership and team performance
* workforce and AI strategy
* transformation and execution support
* performance and capability uplift

This is designed for individuals who want to:

* move into more strategic, commercially valuable work
* leverage their network in a more structured way
* operate with autonomy, but not alone


What You Can Expect

Build Your Own Business

Operate independently while leveraging a proven platform, proposition, and network.

Who Is This For

This is best suited to individuals who already have:

* 10–20+ years of experience in leadership, consulting, or transformation
* a strong professional network they can activate
* credibility with senior stakeholders (C‑suite, founders, PE‑backed leaders)
* experience in areas such as:
* people / HR / culture leadership
* transformation / change / operations
* functional leadership (e.g. sales, technology, risk)
