These are embedded into the annual planning process and managed through the S&OP+ cycle. Major deliverables include local price floor management, tracking competitor price corridors and elasticities, promotional strategy and ROI, mix plans and delivery, trade terms optimization within regional guidance, and implementing RGM building blocks into the AEP process.
What are we looking for?
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity
* Experience in practical analysis (financial, category, or sales analysis); ability to derive actionable insights from data
* Highly numerate with excellent Excel skills and aptitude for systems
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Desirable:
* Broad knowledge of SRM/RGM (pricing, promotions, mix, terms, pricing corridors)
* Knowledge of the Petcare market
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Lead the UKI strategic revenue management locally
* Follow governance of the regional RGM Team Europe
* Be an expert in RGM disciplines, including promotions, mix, trade terms, and commercial strategy, translating business objectives into customer solutions
* Recommend local requirements to the regional RGM lead for innovation margin and overall brand pricing, including Mars & Customer P&L
* Deliver and govern regional portfolio pricing, promo, and feature playbooks
* Evaluate trade spend to identify opportunities for better ROI
* Co-pilot and upskill Customer Development Managers on customer investment expenditures
* Drive in-year growth of the Market(s) with performance reviews and action plans
