You'll support the identification and implementation of improvements to our OT systems, learn how to integrate DB&T systems with OT infrastructure, and help ensure the stability and reliability of customer solutions.You'll gain hands-on experience investigating new OT solutions, working with experienced mentors, and developing your technical expertise. You'll also join our graduate network and receive continued support throughout your development.We're strong believers in continuous development here at Veolia and actively encourage everyone to keep progressing after you finish the programme.What you'll be doing;Support technical liaison activities for Operational Technology services across IWE sitesAssist in identifying improvements to Operational Technology systems and offeringsHelp develop solutions that integrate DB&T systems with Operational Technology infrastructureSupport the delivery of reliable and stable customer solutionsInvestigate new and emerging Operational Technology technologies and solutionsLiaise with site staff, contractors, and internal teams on project deliveryCommunicate technical information clearly to operational staff and stakeholdersAssist with training and documentation for Operational Technology systems and platformsSupport new tenders and mobilisation processesDemonstrate strong health and safety awareness in all activitiesWhat we're looking for;Essential:Degree in Engineering discipline (ideally Control & Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or similar) - to be achieved by September 2026)UK Driving LicenseHealth and safety awarenessGood communication skills and ability to work collaborativelyWillingness to learn technical systems and equipmentDemonstrate reliability and commitment to deadlinesInterest in Operational Technology engineering or the energy sectorDesirable:Experience with or understanding of programming languagesExperience with Excel/Google SheetsWhat's next?Before we can progress your application to the next stage, you'll need to complete a couple of short strength-based assessments to assess your potential for success in the role against skills, behaviours, personality and motivation – all in one engaging and immersive online experience.
