Sales Team Manager
(LEGO - Working for Powerforce)
Full Time, Permanent role Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + Company Car + Fuel Card
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Territory: Guilford, Woking, Kingston, Croydon, Tunbridge Wells, Norwich & surrounds
You will be working for Powerforce as a Regional Sales Team Manager on our LEGO UK Team.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing, training, and developing a team of 10 LEGO Brand Ambassadors
* Motivating and inspiring the team to deliver excellence in calls
* Leading the regional team, instilling a passion for performance and achievement, and driving ROI for LEGO
* Suggesting and developing new ways of working to improve the account and industry standing
* Developing team operating standards based on field insight and data for continuous improvement
* Embedding LEGO’s and Powerforce’s values across the team
* Creating a positive, interactive, and creative team environment
* Ensuring company operating systems are followed
* Performance management and addressing performance or conduct issues
Minimum requirements:
* Strong people management experience, ideally in retail or toy sectors
* Proven success in leading and developing teams
* Focus on increasing sales performance
* Hands-on approach to performance growth and best practices
* Ability to challenge current thinking with new ideas
* Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
* Positive, proactive attitude and opportunity-oriented mindset
* Ambition to succeed and grow within the role
* Full UK (or European) manual driving license for at least 12 months
