Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement instructional plans aligned with curricular goals and individual student IEPs.
* Create, maintain, and update IEPs using diagnostic information and assessment procedures.
* Monitor student behavior and implement appropriate management strategies.
* Consult with staff, teams, and parents regarding behavioral and learning strategies.
* Assist students with personal care needs, fostering independence.
* Design a positive learning environment tailored to student interests and maturity levels.
* Evaluate student progress and adjust goals as necessary.
* Collaborate with teacher assistants and evaluate their performance.
* Attend staff meetings and fulfill non-instructional duties as assigned.
