Im partnering with a leading national care provider to recruit an experienced Turnaround Home Manager for one of their flagship homes. The service is located in a beautiful coastal town Northwest coast.
This isnt a typical Home Manager post. Its a rare opportunity for a proven turnaround specialist to step into a high-potential service and lead a full transformation. With around 60+ residents currently in place and significant scope for growth, the right leader will shape the future direction of the home, elevate quality, and rebuild its reputation as a provider of choice in the region.
The Package
* Salary up to £95,000 per annum

What Were Looking For
1. Nurse-qualified with an active NMC PIN
2. Proven experience managing a nursing home with a minimum of 60 beds
3. A track record of turning around underperforming care homes
4. Strong understanding of CQC frameworks and delivering improved ratings
