Role Summary

Join a fast-growing cloud innovator at the forefront of Data Management and AI as a Customer Success Manager, a role that blends strategy, relationship building, and hands-on execution to drive real customer outcomes.


You will own the customer journey from onboarding to renewal, ensuring every interaction creates measurable value and long-term trust. As a key post-sale partner, you will help customers achieve their goals, maximise platform adoption, and turn success into advocacy.


This is both a strategic and operational role, one where you will act as the voice of the customer internally while collaborating across Sales, Support, Professional Services, Product, and Training to deliver seamless experiences and continuous improvement.


The role is remote and you must be located and authorised to work in Denmark, Norway, Sweden or the UK.


Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will:

* Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, driving engagement and value with autonomy and accountability.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, integrated customer experiences.
* Shape and scale our Customer Success approach, processes, and best practices as we grow.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, focused on long-term results and satisfaction.
* Guide customers through every stage of their journey, from onboarding to value realisation, adoption, renewal and advocacy.
* Identify opportunities, remove friction, and turn customer feedback into actionable improvements.
* Lead data-driven business reviews and success check-ins that inspire confidence and unlock growth.
* Partner closely with Support, Professional Services, Training, Sales and Product to ensure a unified, customer-first approach.
* Monitor customer health, usage, and risk indicators, executing pro-active playbooks to increase retention and satisfaction.
* Amplify customer success stories and create advocates who help grow our community of champions.
* Represent the customer voice internally, bringing insights and influence to platform and process evolution.
* Experiment with new ways of working and help define the next generation of Customer Success at TimeXtender.


What We’re Looking For

* Over 5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with a total of 10 years in customer-facing roles within SaaS, technology, and data-driven environments.
* Proven track record driving adoption, retention, and expansion through consultative, value-focused engagement.
* Strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional settings, working with Services, Product, Sales and Training teams.
* Exceptional communicator and relationship builder able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with empathy and clarity.
* Analytical, curious, and insight-driven, skilled at using data to anticipate risks and uncover opportunities.
* Agile learner with the ability to translate technical topics into compelling business outcomes.
* Action-oriented and accountable, comfortable taking initiative in fast-changing environments.
* Experience with Customer Success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight, Salesforce) and a willingness to innovate.
* Passionate about enhancing customer experiences and contributing ideas that shape a world-class CS organisation.
