About the Role:
As our Finance Manager, you will lead the finance team and oversee Omni’s financial records and performance reporting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing, coaching, and motivating the finance team
* Collaborating with senior leadership on budgeting and forecasting
* Preparing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis
* Producing monthly and quarterly financial reports within agreed timelines
* Handling payroll, including monthly salary payments and annual requirements
* Managing employee benefits such as pension, healthcare, and insurance
* Ensuring cost control and tight financial management
* Completing year-end processes and assisting auditors with statutory account preparation
* Generating invoices, account statements, and performing account reconciliations, including credit control
* Contributing to the commercial pricing of new tenders and re-tenders
About You:
* Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA with post-qualification experience
* Proven experience within a senior finance role within a growing SME
* Ability to interpret and present complex financial data to senior leaders
* Knowledge of finance technology and process improvement
* Ideally experience leading and managing high-performing finance teams
* Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments
