We provide expert guidance, innovative resources and a nurturing team. Our model uses restorative and systemic practice to support continuous learning, growth and professional development.
Quotes from our teams:
“I have been really lucky to have been supported by incredible colleagues, who have offered guidance and challenge where appropriate, helping me reflect on who I am as a practitioner. I feel I matter and am part of a family.” — Leoni, social worker.
“I have a brilliant team and I’m able to do purposeful direct work with children and with parents. Stockport lets me be the social worker I want to be.” — Jess, ASYE social worker.
