Our client is seeking a Client and Insight Manager, who is a self-starter and will join a growing team in the Financial Services industry. The position is based in their Manchester office.
Profile:
* You will be a self-starter with experience in maintaining client relationships and influencing strategies to improve collections. Proven management and team development skills are essential.
* Excellent numerical, analytical skills, and knowledge of data analysis tools are required.
* Knowledge of data modelling, cleansing, enrichment techniques, and the ability to develop procedures and workflows are necessary.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze departmental KPI data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and report findings to the Group Head of Client Services.
* Monitor client performance using management information systems to support continuous improvement.
* Create monthly client MI packs with support from the Head of Data and Client Services Manager.
* Maximize client instructions through performance management and liaise with operational managers to achieve targets.
* Engage with clients to understand data requirements and provide reports to support DRP performance.
* Use data to influence change and suggest evidence-based process improvements.
* Maintain knowledge of company policies, client guidelines, statutes, and regulations, ensuring compliance through effective communication.
* Manage the Client Liaison Team Leader and Officers, ensuring cross-training, quality processes, and regular performance reviews.
* Maintain the group CRM system for DRP.
Desired Skills:
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and influence decision-makers.
* Experience in contract and account management.
* Industry knowledge, particularly in parking (desirable).
* Business growth mindset to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities.
* Experience in team management.
* Flexibility to travel across the UK; a full driving license is required.
* At least 2 years of experience in client relationship or team management.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and data analysis for strategic decision-making.
