Duties
* Assisting with the loading, unloading, and transportation of materials and equipment on-site
* Supporting skilled tradespeople with tasks such as mixing materials, holding tools, or providing general assistance
* Operating basic hand tools and machinery following safety protocols
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work site throughout the day
* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times to minimise risks and ensure a safe working environment
* Assisting in the installation, repair, or maintenance activities as directed by supervisors
Experience
* Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or related manual labour roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
* Ability to operate basic tools and equipment safely
* Good physical fitness with the capacity to perform manual tasks over extended periods
* Knowledge of health and safety practices within a construction or industrial environment is advantageous
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining safety standards and efficiency on-site
