What you will do: - Manage a specialist caseload of individuals with SEMH needs - Contribute to staff training and consultations, embedding best practices within the team - Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to provide holistic care - Develop, implement, and review therapy programmes tailored to individual needs - Engage in continual monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans to maximise outcomes for clients Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist: - Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration - Recent UK or NHS post-qualifying experience as a Speech and Language Therapist - Proven experience in working with children and young people facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including complex trauma, mental health needs, behaviours of concern, and neurodiversity Living and working in Horsham offers a fantastic lifestyle experience.
