*
Liaise with local authority representatives and other professionals to gather evidence and ensure robust decision-making.
*
Work to agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality, productivity, and service delivery.
This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to balance professional and personal commitments while still making a tangible difference to people’s lives.

Excellent written skills to produce clear, person-centred, evidence-based reports.
*
Confident communication and empathy when dealing with sensitive, often complex health and social care matters.
*
Ability to plan and organise workload, meet KPIs, and work collaboratively with other professionals.

You’ll benefit from:
*
Competitive salary aligned with your experience
*
25 days’ annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (holiday entitlement increases with service)
*
Contributory pension scheme
*
Private healthcare and dental insurance
*
