Facilities Operative Role at GXO
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Facilities Operative to join our team at Northampton, NN4 5EL. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily issues across the site are resolved to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the facilities manager with statutory basic maintenance checks (e.g., emergency lighting, sprinkler system testing)
* Maintain and record data for compliance with facilities standards for audits
* Work within a controlled and confidential manner
* Liaise with external contractors for site maintenance
* Ensure health and safety standards are upheld in the workplace
Qualifications and Skills
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and work independently
* IT literate, proficient in Word and Excel

Salary: £27,209 per annum
