The Opportunity
We're looking for experienced recruiters who are open to switching markets for an opportunity to join high performing, well established and connected teams. All live opportunities offer a warm desk, opportunities to work on live roles and work in an environment that's fully solutions focused with clients.
You’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, driving performance through energy, accountability, and initiative.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience
* Lead and contribute confidently in client meetings
* Build and grow your own client base, leveraging existing relationships
* New business development and nurturing existing relationships
* Conduct targeted market mapping and proactive headhunting
* Generate leads through strategic networking and outreach
* Drive business development with a solutions-focused mindset
* Communicate with clarity, credibility, and enthusiasm at all levels
About You
* Ideally 5+ years’ experience on a contract desk
* Strong communicator with a consultative approach
* Commercially driven, ambitious, and motivated by success
* Thrives in a high-performance, people-first culture
* Quick to learn, adaptable, and proactive in identifying opportunities
