We are seeking a Land and Partnerships Manager to join our Development team here at Clarion.
Responsibilities
As the Land and Partnerships Manager, you will be delivering the business plan targets set by the Director of Land and Partnerships – North, and collaborating with colleagues in other functions and with all Land and Partnerships staff to deliver a pipeline of development projects by acquiring a portfolio of high-quality mixed‑tenure residential led projects. This will be achieved by securing land‑led, package deal, S106 or Joint Venture opportunities.
Qualifications
You’ll have a strong background in mixed‑tenure residential led projects and land acquisition in both City Centre and Greenfield / Brownfield delivery, with a strong understanding of the value drivers of a residential business and experience of technical, planning, sales, financial and legal aspects of securing large and residentially led developments.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Manchester or Birmingham. Candidates will be expected to work from the office / attend meetings at least 3 days per week, with at least one of those being at Manchester.
