As CEO and Headteacher, you will:
* Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Trust and The Sweyne Park School
* Be accountable for educational standards, safeguarding, finance and compliance
* Lead school improvement and ensure outstanding outcomes for all pupils
* Work closely with Trustees, Governors, senior leaders and external partners
* Guide the future growth and development of the Trust
This role combines hands on school leadership with executive responsibility and is ideally suited to an experienced Headteacher ready to step into Trust leadership.
