A well established London Design Studio is looking for a highly skilled freelance Interior Architect with experience working on hospitality based projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the technical delivery of interior design packages for hospitality projects from design development through to construction
* Produce and manage detailed drawing packages using Revit (essential)
* Coordinate closely with interior designers, architects, and contractors
* Ensure all technical documentation meets regulations, standards, and project requirements
Requirements
* Strong background in technical detailing and documentation within an interior design or architectural studio
* High proficiency in Revit is essential; AutoCAD experience is advantageous
* Previous experience working within architectural or interior design practices
* Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work independently
* Location: London (5 days in-office)
* Duration: 3–6 months
* Start Date: ASAP
* Freelance Rate: Competitive (DOE – Depending on Experience)
