Are you a creative and data-driven marketing graduate with a passion for brands? We’re looking for an entry -level Marketing Executive to join our team and help bring our portfolio of well-loved brands to life.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start your marketing career and gain hands-on experience in brand strategy, campaign execution, and consumer insights. If you have a marketing degree, some industry experience (an internship counts!), and a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you.
You'll be joining a collaborative, fast-paced marketing team, working across a portfolio of well-loved brands. From developing engaging campaigns to supporting innovation projects and keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes, no two days are the same. * Get into the minds of our consumers. Use insight tools and research to understand shopper behaviour, trends, pricing, and promo performance – and feed that straight into our strategy.
* Be our data detective. Gather and analyse market intel, consumer habits, and competitor moves to spot golden opportunities.
* Keep an eye on the numbers. Support the brand team with tracking profitability, performance, and key metrics across categories and innovation projects.
* Turn insights into impact. Dig deep into data and help shape brand direction with smart, meaningful recommendations.
* Be the go-to for reporting. Pull together killer reports and insights for innovation boards, S&OP, and marketing/sales huddles.
* Stay ahead of the game. Keep tabs on market shifts, industry trends, and what the competition’s up to – and share your findings with the team.
* Master the marketing budget. Help manage our A&P spend, making sure every penny is well spent and accounted for.
* Keep us running like clockwork. Take ownership of key admin tasks across the marketing mix – from campaign calendars to team coordination.
* Event energy. Help bring our brands to life at events, activations, and promotions – from planning through to execution.
* Be a social sidekick. Team up with our social media crew to roll out scroll-worthy content and campaigns.
