Senior Pensions Operations Specialist

Working withing a DB/DC member servicing department, managing the full reconciliation process, managing large volumes of data, involvement in system and process improvements and supervising junior admin team members.
* Completing the monthly processes in an accurate and timely manner including:
monitoring the DB and DC processes, which involves maintaining member data, and general enquiries relating to both DB and DC plans made by employers and members
* Monitoring and documenting completion of reconciliation processes, within agreed timeframes. Addressing issues immediately and escalating to the Online Support Manager if necessary. Processes should be efficient and accurate
* Managing system changes and improvements including raising service desk tickets,
* Managing tickets within a delivery cycle, attending change management group meetings, creating test matrices and ensuring testing is completed in a timely manner (including delegating testing to other team members). Additionally, undertaking system testing as necessary.
To be considered for the role;
* Experience of working with Microsoft products, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel (including using pivot-tables and v-lookups)
* At least 3 years of data entry, data amendment and data maintenance experience
* At least 3 years of pension and data administration experience
* Good understanding of DB and DC pensions schemes
* Excellent organisation skills
* Strong mathematical abilities
* Strong analytical skills
* Good written and oral communication skills
