We’re working with a welcoming primary school in BD4, Bradford, who are looking for a calm, resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a Year 1 pupil. The child has SEN and presents with challenging behaviour, so this role suits someone confident, patient, and steady under pressure. This is a hands-on role where relationships matter. You’ll be a consistent, trusted adult, helping the pupil feel safe, regulated, and ready to learn.
