The Role * Working with a diverse range of customers. * Driving orders and sales growth from current customer base. * Maximising revenue from the current clients. * Acting as an extension of the customer’s brands, understanding their unique needs. * Guiding customers on their requirements. * Working closely with the sales team and wider departments to deliver exceptional customer service. * Will be static site based. The Person * Previous experience in a similar role. * Excellent communicator both in written and verbal forms. * Excellent organisation and planning skills. * Ability to manage and prioritise a busy work load. * Ability to lead generate through the use of platforms and make pro-active phone calls to new customers. * Proficient numerical skills and ability to demonstrate job costing and pricing. * Excellent attention to detail. * Proficient in using CRM.
