Showroom Consultant - Guernsey – DHS

Role Overview
As a Showroom Consultant based in Guernsey, your responsibilities will include:
1. Serving customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.
2. Answering customer inquiries via phone and email with a proactive and positive attitude, building strong relationships, and ensuring exceptional service.
3. Developing sales leads to generate new business for the showroom.
4. Maintaining a clean and tidy showroom that positively represents our product line.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
What we’re looking for
* Previous bathroom/showroom knowledge is advantageous but not necessary, as training will be provided.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results and customer satisfaction.
* Creative ability to plan and design bathrooms.
* Ability to discuss customer ideas, develop suggestions, describe products, identify opportunities for additional sales, and match products to customer needs.
* A willingness to learn and develop into the role.
* Computer literacy and basic understanding of computer systems.
