The experience you'll need
To be considered for this role, we recommend demonstrating the following in your application:
* Providing effective administration support for the Onboard team, including duties such as arranging hearings and meetings, taking minutes, maintaining records, liaising with procurement, issuing equipment, maintaining filing systems, producing timesheets, handling correspondence, updating notice boards, assisting with disruption rosters, carrying out investigations, maintaining intranet information, and covering team absences as directed.
Where will I work?
This role is 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) based at Ashford.
The Experience You'll Need
To be considered, you should demonstrate:
* Experience in an Administration Support or Administrator role
* Proficiency with IT systems, including Word, Excel, and databases
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines accurately
* Extensive note-taking experience
* Experience managing diaries and booking rooms and events
