Role Description
This is a contract role for a Men's 2xi Head Coach at East Grinstead Hockey Club, located on-site in East Grinstead. The Head Coach will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day coaching activities of the Men's 2xi team, including training sessions, match preparation, and player development.
Qualifications
* Proven coaching experience in hockey
* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* In-depth knowledge of hockey tactics and strategies
* Ability to work collaboratively with players, staff, and volunteers
* Coaching certification (desired)
* Experience working with men's hockey teams (desired)
