As a Talent Partner within our Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process and help both the team and the business raise the recruitment bar. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, act as a trusted advisor, and drive strategic hiring solutions that ensure we attract and hire the best talent.
What You'll Do
* Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
* Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions .
* Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive networking.
* Influence hiring decisions using market insights and data, ensuring the best talent is brought into the business.
* Drive a customer-first approach, creating an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
* Champion diversity and skills-based hiring, ensuring an inclusive and innovative recruitment process.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging automation and technology to optimize recruitment strategies.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience recruiting across finance, HR, legal, corporate strategy, project management at all levels across the UK and US.
* Flexibility - happy to jump in and support colleagues when needed.
* Customer-obsessed mindset, ensuring a first-class candidate experience.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, influencing senior leaders with confidence.
* Data-driven recruiter, using insights to shape hiring strategies and decisions.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of going into the Belfast or Manchester office once per week. Please note, the role is a 12 month fixed term contract, but anything could happen within a year so don't let that stop you!
