We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our client due to ongoing growth.
The Service Delivery Manager will take ownership of multiple teams (around 12 team members) coaching, guiding and developing them, as well as being a point of contact for their clients ensuring they receive a first-class service.
They need a structured leader who thrives on getting the best out of people and improving how things are done and help the organisation scale for the future This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to make the role their own and progress within the company as they grow.
About the role
Reporting directly to the senior leadership team your focus will include:
* Ensuring tickets are managed effectively and SLA expectations are met
* Understanding client issues, resolving them quickly, and driving improvements
* Leading bi-weekly client meetings (mostly remote, quarterly on-site visits)
* Conducting regular 1-2-1s and performance reviews
* Reviewing and improving processes – ensuring best practice is documented and scalable
* Embedding ITIL principles more formally across operations
About you
* Experience: Seasoned Service Delivery Manager (MSP background ideal but not essential)
* Skills: Versatile, structured, able to prioritise effectively
* Leadership style: Collaborative, coaching-led, guiding teams, running performance reviews and 121’s
* Technical background: Strong understanding of MS/Azure/365/Cloud-based technologies
* Mindset: Process-driven, improvement-focused, able to scale operations
