WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE
As Content & Editorial Assistant, you’ll report to the Editorial & Content Lead and support the wider creative team in crafting and delivering best-in-class content across all Pentland brands — with a particular focus on Speedo, Berghaus, and Endura.
You’ll help develop bold, relevant, and engaging campaigns by creating emotionally compelling and culturally resonant stories that bring our products to life across digital touchpoints — driving product interest across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blog articles, CRM emails, and landing pages.
From fast-turnaround content responding to cultural moments to larger global campaigns, you’ll play a hands-on role in editorialising product stories. You’ll support with scouting creators, prepping shoot materials, contributing to campaign brainstorms, and assisting with CRM content planning and execution — ensuring messaging is consistent and helping our brands show up in fresh, creative, and culturally relevant ways.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
* Support in thecreation of social-first contentacross key platforms for global campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
* Support with thesocial newsroom,responding to cultural moments and supporting fast-turnaround content creation during peak times
* Work on copywriting for CRM emails, blogs, and landing pages, helping editorialise product stories across digital touchpoints
* Contribute to creative brainstorms for campaigns, launches, and brand activations
* Help researchcultural and social trendsto identify opportunities for brands to show up in relevant ways
* Assist in scouting and coordinating with content creators, influencers and collaborators (e.g., briefing talent, compiling moodboards, helping with shoot prep etc)
* Work with brand social teams and compile topline reports for senior staff with key campaign insights to further future campaign developments
* Work closely with the design, strategy, and production teams todeliver contenton time and on brand
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?
To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
* Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye fortone of voice, clarity and detail
* Passion forcreative storytelling, digital culture and content creation
* Solid understanding of majorsocial platformsand the types of content that perform well across each
* On the pulse with what’s trending culturally and on social channels, to find highly creative and relevant ways for our brands to show up at cultural moments
* Experience in content creation, copywriting, journalism or marketing
* Comfortable using tools likeAdobe Creative Suite or similar
* Highly organised, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced creative environment
* Experience working for fashion, sports, culture or lifestyle brands
* Bonus: Experience or confidence inshooting and editing short-form videospecifically for social media platforms to support with content capture if needed
