The Role
This role is well-suited to someone with experience in IT support who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical work and customer interaction.
Responsibilities
* Monitoring and managing stock, inventories, and orders
* Providing 1st line technical support queries via email and phone
* Logging, escalating, and tracking support tickets through to resolution
* Liaising with customers, end-users, and third-party suppliers to resolve issues
* Supporting device lifecycle management, including replacements and repairs

Requirements
* Previous experience in an IT support or technical support role
