Help Build the Future of Out-of-Home Parcel Delivery – Join the Evri Team
Evri's Out of Home network is growing fast — and it's not about gym or school lockers. This is a nationwide parcel infrastructure powering click & collect, returns and convenient delivery for millions of customers. We're looking for an Out of Home Network Analyst to help shape where we grow next, using data, insight and commercial thinking to drive smarter decisions.
The Opportunity
As an Out of Home Network Analyst, you'll sit at the heart of Evri's rapidly expanding Out of Home proposition. You'll lead the continuous improvement of our parcel network, using data-driven insight to determine where locations are placed, how they perform, and how the network scales. Working closely with senior leaders, suppliers, operations and technology teams, you'll balance strategic modelling with hands-on performance management to ensure our network delivers real value for customers and the business.
This is a highly visible role where your analysis directly influences investment decisions, supplier performance, network growth and customer experience across the UK.
Responsibilities
Use internal and external data to make evidence-based decisions on optimal network locations and expansion strategy
Track weekly, monthly and quarterly network performance, ensuring targets are met and proactively flagging risks or blockers
Lead supplier performance reviews, using insight to drive continuous improvement across physical and digital network capabilities
Partner with Operations, IT, Finance and Out of Home leaders to support growth plans, budgets and performance outcomes
Produce clear performance reporting across parcel volumes, capacity usage, availability and profitability
Interested? Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful
Strong analytical capability with experience turning complex data into clear, actionable insight
Experience managing third-party suppliers, SLAs, KPIs and performance reviews
Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively at senior levels
A commercial, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a hybrid role, ideally based within 90 minutes of Morley, Leeds, with travel required as part of the role
