Duties
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our products and services
* Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly
* Maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
* Follow up with leads to maximise sales opportunities
* Manage existing client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets
* Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients
* Document all activities accurately within CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is desirable
* Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
