360 Agency Desk – Data & Analytics
Wimbledon, South West London (office-based role with flexible working)
Competitive base salary (DOE) + uncapped, no-threshold commission + bonuses + incentives
The opportunity
This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced 360 recruitment consultant to step into an established, high-value Data & Analytics market with the backing of the world’s leading specialist consultancy in this space.

What we’re looking for
To join Harnham as an experienced consultant, you’ll need:
* Proven experience running a 360 agency desk
* A track record of cold business development and candidate delivery
* Experience billing in either permanent or contract recruitment
* Confidence owning client relationships and growing accounts
