Tandridge Ward are seeking to appoint a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse Ward Manager to join the team.
Tandridge Ward primarily focuses on the care for surgical patients who are acutely unwell.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a positive impact by ensuring patient care on Tandridge Ward is delivered in a person-centred way, supporting all members of the MDT in managing both simple and complex patient pathways.
We are looking for a motivated, adaptable, forward-thinking nurse with experience in acute general surgery. You will need excellent communication skills and the motivation to support and develop junior colleagues. This role supports our ambition to ensure all patients receive care within the appropriate ward environment.
The post holder is expected to work autonomously and collaboratively, supporting the consistent delivery of evidence-based, safe, and effective nursing care, with a focus on safeguarding, patient flow standards, and promoting patient experience.

Salary: £46,148 to £52,809 per year plus high-cost allowance.
