Sous Chef - London Korean Dinner Party on Carnaby Street in Soho is looking for an experienced Sous Chef. We are a faced paced busy LA K Town inspired restaurant serving amazing and fun food, cool cocktails with a banging soundtrack. We need someone who can hit the ground running and quickly become part of our friendly team of chefs. Ideally you'll need at least a years experience as a Sous Chef, be able to do ordering, stock take, schedules and lead the kitchen in the absence of the head chef. Shifts patterns are a nice balance of doubles, day shifts and evening shifts, a 4 day week is also an option You'll need a good understanding of English, both written and spoken If this sounds like you please get in touch
