About the Role
Are you someone who thrives in face-to-face environments and loves taking on new challenges? As a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee, you will gain hands‑on experience in customer acquisition, campaign management, and team leadership—while working closely with senior managers to accelerate your growth.
Responsibilities
* Represent and promote our clients’ products and services across events, B2B or residential platforms
* Communicate brand messaging, missions, updates, and success stories confidently
* Support brand development by delivering an excellent customer experience
* Guide new customers through sign‑ups, registrations, and onboarding
* Learn foundational leadership skills including team coaching, campaign planning, and performance tracking
Qualifications
* Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
* International students must hold a Post‑Study Work Visa to apply
Required Skills
All trainees receive structured in‑house product training, leadership coaching, and on‑site mentoring. You will develop practical skills in marketing, sales strategy, customer engagement, and campaign management while representing top brands across entertainment, telecommunications, travel, food, and leisure.
Preferred Skills
No previous experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. High‑performing trainees can progress from entry‑level sales and marketing into leadership and management roles within as little as 4–8 weeks, once they demonstrate confidence and consistent results.
