Overview
Deputy Home Manager role at ESI Engineering and Construction. Location: Keswick, Cumbria. Salary: Up to £38,000pa + benefits (75% supernumerary). Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30.
Responsibilities
* As Deputy Manager of a residential care home, ensure all paperwork is completed in accordance with company policies.
* Lead on all audits, both internal and external.
* Support the Registered Manager at all times.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or willing to work towards it.
* Experience in the health care sector in a care home setting.
* Driven, motivated and committed to quality of care.
* Strong leadership and management qualities with a flexible approach.
* Experience with quality issues and audits.
