We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to support our eCommerce Team by managing customer enquiries and ensuring a smooth buying journey. You will be the first point of contact for online shoppers and play a key role in driving satisfaction, trust, and repeat business. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about excellence and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences and service.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, telephone, chat-bot ai, WhatsApp chat, social DMs, Trustpilot, and other review platforms.
Assist customers with product information, order placements, returns, shipping updates, and general support
Provide accurate information about promotions, pricing, and availability
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to orders, payments, or website navigation
Work closely with the eCommerce, fulfilment, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM systems
Support the wider team during peak sales periods or promotional events
Previous experience in a customer service or eCommerce support role (1+ years preferred)
Comfortable using help desk software, CRM systems, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings during high-demand periods (optional depending on business needs)
