Position Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for finance and administration? We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Finance Professional. Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Vertas.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
2. Handling payroll and employee expense reimbursements
3. Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
4. Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
5. Liaising with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders on financial matters
6. Providing administrative support to the finance department as needed
Qualifications:
1. Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
2. Prior experience in finance or accounting roles preferred
3. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications
4. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
