We are partnering with a leading global organisation undergoing a once-in-a-generation HR Transformation. As part of this exciting evolution, we’re seeking a Director of Leadership to drive a bold new agenda — reimagining leadership capability across every level of the organisation.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the SVP, you’ll be at the forefront of a transformation that touches every corner of the business. This is a greenfield role with a rare mandate: build from scratch. From vision to execution, you’ll design and deliver a leadership strategy that integrates cutting-edge digital and technical solutions, enabling capability growth across a diverse, large-scale, and complex organisation.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Creating and scaling a global leadership development function aligned with business strategy and growth.
* Designing enterprise-level frameworks for leadership behaviours, assessments, development journeys, and succession planning.
* Bringing a digital-first approach to leadership development – embedding modern, data-led solutions and tools.
* Building and leading a high-performing global team to deliver programs at scale and pace.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders across regions and functions to embed leadership as a competitive differentiator.
About You
You're a visionary leader with deep expertise in leadership development and organisation capability. You bring a strong technical and digital orientation and thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
* Proven experience at Director level or above within large, global organisations.
* Experience leading or playing a pivotal role in HR or people transformation programmes.
* Strong commercial mindset with an ability to link leadership to business value.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and building from zero — you’re an architect and a builder.
* Industry experience in retail, consumer, or multi-site businesses is highly desirable.
* Passionate about digital enablement, learning technology, and future-focused leadership models.
